As an early team member at Purple Carrot, I played a hands-on role in scaling the brand — building the creative team, designing the identity and website, and architecting a dual-purpose office space that doubled as a test kitchen and photo studio. Our efforts helped fuel rapid growth, expanding shipments to 46 states and exceeding one million deliveries.

From a custom logo and hand-drawn typography to mouthwatering food photography and a performance-driven app and website redesign — every element of the brand was rebuilt to deliver.

Personally led the offshore development team, writing user stories and building a custom CMS from the ground up.

Turned a blank warehouse into the beating heart of the brand. I designed and built a test kitchen, content studio, and HQ all in one — and assembled the team that brought it to life across channels, from paid ads to recipe content and CRM.
